When a tooth is discoloured or misshapen, a porcelain veneer can be used to straighten and match the colour of your other teeth. Our dentists are pleased to offer an excellent veneer service in Grande Prairie for our patients.

The discoloured or crooked tooth is first prepared by removing a thin layer of enamel. A shade guide is used to determine the exact colour for the veneer and impressions are taken to ensure that the veneer fits correctly in your mouth. If necessary, we will make and insert a temporary veneer. Meanwhile, your final veneer is custom made at a dental lab in Grande Prairie, to fit perfectly in your mouth.

Hand Sculpted Veneers
We also provide directly placed, hand-sculpted veneers. This procedure requires minimal tooth reduction. Once the teeth are prepared, tooth-coloured composite is placed and shaped. These restorations can be provided in one visit. The veneers are easy to maintain and can radically change the shape and overall aesthetics of the anterior teeth.
